Ramen Koo is both a traditional and progressive ramen restaurant based on professional experience of 10 years in Japan. We carefully choose our ingredients to make our rich broth soup from scratch (it takes about 15 hours to bring out the “Umami” taste).
Our selection of natural ingredients add more “Umami” and rich taste to our bowl of ramen: sea salt, seasoning, soy sauce, miso (4 kinds blended) sourced from Japan. Furthermore, we offer gluten-free noodles, vegan ramen, and various rice bowls and sushi rolls.
